10:30am MEDIA INTERVIEWS
Groups and individuals gather in the circle with media representatives
As global protests denounce violence against women, the Women’s Monument Committee has called together passionate voices to speak to the media on this dark day: Indigenous activists, women’s advocacy groups and individuals, filmmakers, legal advocates, a writer, an artist, direct service workers and more.
Our warmest thanks to everyone here today.
