Domestic Violence Bail Reform Petition formally introduced and registered
The printed version of the Domestic Violence Bail Reform Petition (not the online one) with addresses and actual signatures was submitted in Ottawa to Joe Comartin MP by Heather, her daughter Amanda, her union, and other supporters.
The petition was formally introduced to the House of Commons on Parliament Hill on December 09, 2010 at 10:15 and duly registered.
The online petition is on-going, in order to educate and demonstrate broad-based support for this important, potentially life-saving initiative.
