If this applies to you, please describe your involvement in women's memorial making/violence prevention?
20 years ago I created a song for the women engineering students murdered in the Montreal massacre. The song was performed by women's theatre groups across Canada at memorials and vigils.
If this applies to you, what is the name of your group or project or memorial? (Or is it now ROSE?)
ROSE
If applicable, how long have you been involved in women's memorial making/violence prevention?
Since I begame a feminist about 25 years ago, when I began teaching WenDo and writing songs honouring women.
What changes for women would you like to see happen?
I would like to see women gathering together, talking about what's real and true. I would like to see us stand up and be our strongest selves.
