If this applies to you, please describe your involvement in women's memorial making/violence prevention?
I was involved with the Women's Monument in Thornton Park. I am also an artist/activist with a focus on raising awareness about violence against women.
If this applies to you, what is the name of your group or project or memorial? (Or is it now ROSE?)
Women's Monument Committee
If applicable, how long have you been involved in women's memorial making/violence prevention?
Many years, since at least since 1985
What changes for women would you like to see happen?
So many things, but perhaps the ability for women to feel safe walking anywhere alone, not feeling fear in their normal daily lives; the kind of fear that is ever present, that makes one jump when someone comes up behind them and surprizes them, even in their own home. What would that even be like?

Welcome Rita!
I don't know what it would be like to not fear violence, but I love that you posed the question.
