Vancouver Slutwalk 2011
Yes, a Toronto Police gave shocking insight into the Force's view of sexual assault by stating: "women should avoid dressing like sluts in order not to be victimized".
Since these worlds were spoken there has been a worldwide slutwalk movement.
Maybe something good will come out of his words and the Toronto Police force insight towards sexual assualt will change.
